Exceptionally well appointed; this villa has many upgrades and is extremely spacious, no expense has been spared to offer that extra bit of comfort and range of modern facilities. This truly is the perfect location for families and friends to be able to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in the sunshine state of America.
With over 3000 sq ft of fully air-conditioned living space, Wallace Villa is larger and much better appointed than most properties offered for rental in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. This villa is arranged on two floors and can ACCOMMODATE UP TO 12 PEOPLE in complete comfort.
The villa is bright, airy and open, sympathetically furnished to a “designer standard” using Floridian colours. Both have brand new furniture, fittings and equipment with carefully chosen ceramic flooring in the bathroom, kitchen and foyer areas and luxury pile carpeting throughout the rest of the home. This villa is extremely spacious in general but the second lounge ares will afford our guests even more space to relax.
Ground Floor
The villa has two seating areas, the Living Room and the Family Room which overlooks the pool area as well as providing a great view out over the fairways. To keep everyone entertained The Family Room has Cable TV, Home Cinema System and a DVD player (complete with a number of films for both adults and children).
The Living Room offers a comfortable and relaxing seating area with two large settees which converts into a queen sized sofa bed.
Kitchen
The KITCHEN is fully fitted with every appliance you could possibly need including a full size electric cooker with a microwave oven over, a dishwasher, a huge fridge/freezer with plumbing to give ice cubes/crushed ice/chilled water, all at the touch of a button. You will also find a toaster and coffee maker for those breakfasts at home, ample dishes, etc for indoor and patio use.
Dining Areas
The delightful breakfast nook adjoins the kitchen and has a table which seats 4; there is also a breakfast bar with 2 high stools.
Located at the front of the villa is the Dining Room, this spac ious area seats 6 and is ideal for formal or casual dining.
Queen Bedroom
Situated on the ground floor is the Queen Bedroom which is beautifully appointed and fitted with large walk in closet and TV. It has an adjoining full bathroom which contains full bath, shower, wc and wash hand basin.
En-Suite Master Suite
Four of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, including the luxurious MASTER SUITE WITH KING SIZED BED with its own en-suite bathroom complete with Roman bath, huge walk in shower, separate wc and twin basins. Additional luxuries include Cable TV, DVD and Home Cinema System and a huge walk-in closet.
Bedrooms
The THREE FURTHER BEDROOMS are all good sizes; two have Queen Beds, and one has twin beds, each are exceptionally well furnished and have large walk in closets and their own TV's.
These bedrooms share a full sized bathroom with twin wash hand basins and full bath, shower and wc.
Private Pool & Spa
The patio doors from the family room lead to our truly stunning FULLY SCREENED and electrically heated SWIMMING POOL AND SPA. These well designed pools are 26 ft long by 11 ft wide, fitted with automatic filtration cleaning system, underwater lighting, and electrically operated heater to boost the temperature for those months of the year when the sun needs a little help.
A pool safety fence is provided for your children’s safety.
Outdoor Living
Surrounding the pool is an extra large LANAI to ensure that everyone has plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The deck has been extended by an extra 6ft both out from the house, towards the pool and also to the south side.
To complete this sumptuous setting you will find a table and chairs under the lanai for eating “alfresco”’ and ample loungers for relaxing – A perfect arrangement for outdoor living!
Should you wish to do your laundry, we have a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board located in a separate laundry room on the ground floor. All bed linen and towels are provided for your needs.
