Our superb 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is ideally located for the holiday of a life time. It is situated on an extended plot with landscaped garden on the prestigious and much sought after location of Hampton Lakes.
The estate is set amongst the orange groves along Highway 27. It is close to US192 and Interstate 4 for easy access to attractions, being an easy 15 minute drive to Disney and 1 hour drive from the beautiful gulf coast beaches.The estate has a feature lake with water fountain, tennis courts, volley ball and basket ball, together with a communal pool and play area.

All amenities are within 5 minutes drive including restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and gas station.
Description
Our home in Florida has a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it is fully air conditioned, part carpeted and part tiled with additional ceiling fans for extra comfort.
It is furnished to a high standard including televisions in all bedrooms and television with DVD/VIDEO/CD player with surround sound system and cable channels in the lounge. The master suites also have cable channels to their televisions.
There is a Playstation2, games and toys. All towels, linen, cooking utensils and hair dryer are supplied, including the all important bottle opener or two!!
The layout of our home makes it ideal for two families sharing and will comfortably accommodate 10 persons, 12 if using the bed settee in the second lounge area.
The bedrooms are all of excellent proportions with built in wardrobes and drawer units. There are two master suites situated on either side of the home with their own full ensuite bathrooms, one of which occupies the first floor space. There is an additional double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, one of which is a character child's room.
The villa has a formal sitting area, a second separate lounge area, dining room and breakfast nook. The fully fitted kitchen has all the essentials including dishwasher, full oven/cooker, centre Island and fridge freezer with Ice maker. In addition there is a laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.
All external windows and doors have audible warning alarms fitted.
To the rear of the villa is a very private, not overlooked, pool with jacuzzi and sun decking area. There is a covered lanai with ceiling fan providing shade to those who need it, with a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining. The lanai also has access to the cabana bathroom area.
The pool has underwater lighting for those late night swims, to relax after the long days at the attractions. The pool and Jacuzzi can be heated during the cooler winter months if required.
The pool area and sun deck has ample chairs and loungers and enjoys a southerly aspect for all day sunshine
