This luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is located in Orange Tree on Highway 27, just 10 miles from Disney.
For the golfers, there are several top class golf courses.
Description
We want your vacation to be memorable, and have tried to create a vacation villa that has something for everyone.
Pool & Spa
After an exciting day at the parks revitalise yourself in the the spa or take a relaxing dip in the fully screened pool which looks out over a large corner plot. Alternatively, you can relax and watch the sun set. For the children there are some inflatable pool toys. For the outdoor chefs a barbeque is supplied free of charge.
Games Room
The games room has a Pool Table, Air Hockey Table and a Darts Board. Plenty to keep you entertained while you are not visiting Orlando's many attractions. There are Tennis Racquets and a Basket Ball for you to use.
1st Master Bedroom
Sleep in style in the magnificent king sized bed or watch movies and programmes on the Cable TV. This bedroom has patio doors leading out to the pool area, handy if you fancy a private midnight dip in the pool or spa. There is an ensuite bathroom that is the ultimate in luxury, boasting a large walk in shower, his and hers vanity basins, bath and hairdryer.
2nd Master Bedroom
This bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed and Cable TV. It also has it's own ensuite bathroom with overhead shower, vanity unit, WC and hairdryer.
Two Twin Bedrooms
The twin bedrooms both have 2 twin beds and their own CABLE TV. They share a bathroom that has an overhead shower unit, bath, vanity unit and WC. Highchairs and cots can be provided on request.
Family Room
The large family room is the ideal place to relax and watch TV or view the latest DVD's. Alternatively, you could challenge the kid's to a game on the playstation. The family room has patio doors leading out to the pool area, which has a large lanai with a table and plenty of seating to eat alfresco.
Dining Areas
The formal dining room has seating for six people, here you can enjoy a leisurely meal and discuss the days happenings over a glass of wine. There is also a breakfast nook situated near the kitchen, this has seating for a further 4 people.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave, everything for a hassle free vacation, and there's no need to take home a case of dirty washing, as we also have a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. All linen and towels, for use in the villa, are provided.
