Ou accommodation consists of 3 large bedrooms all with walk in wardrobes. The master bedroom contains a queen sized bed, cable TV and radio alarm clock. The adjoining ensuite bathroom includes a corner bath, shower, wc and his & her vanity units.
Bedroom 2 contains a queen size bed and a clock alarm.
Bedroom 3 contains twin beds and a clock alarm.
The 2nd bathroom has a bath, shower and wc, this is situated between bedrooms 2 and 3, with a rear door leading to patio and pool area.
The large family room has 2 sofas, patio doors leading to pool area, Large flat screen Cable TV, VCR,CD player, DVD. Free High Speed WI FI internet connection / Wi Fi in villa and free telephone calls US & Canada + UK.
The 2nd living room has 2 sofas one of which is a queen sofa bed (sleeps 2 if required).
There is a formal dining area with large dining table and seating for six guests.
Our villa occupies a fabulous large corner plot with surrounding gardens. Our own private swimming pool has evening illumination, a spacious sun deck, outdoor patio furniture with luxury sun loungers and chairs to help you soak up that magnificent Florida sunshine.
We have a fully equipped open plan kitchen and breakfast area including table and 4 chairs. All cutlery and crockery is provided along with fridge / freezer / ice maker / full cooking range / microwave / dishwasher and garbage disposal.
A separate utility room houses a large washing machine and dryer.
