Our stunning home is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Surrounded by landscaped gardens, it is set on a double plot on a quiet road in Rotonda West.
Once discovered many people repeatedly return to Rotonda West. It has its own Nature Reserve so you are never far from local wildlife. The beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast, with weather that is perfect nearly all year round, are a short drive away, you can go shelling, hunting for sharks teeth, watching dolphins or just take a gentle stroll as the sun sets.
Whatever your ideal holiday, sun-bathing, fishing, sailing, golf or retail therapy, this is the perfect spot.
Description
The villa is furnished and maintained to very high standards. The south facing lanai, sun-bathing area and heated pool have uninterrupted panoramic views of the freshwater canal at the rear of the garden. The shady lanai has a patio table and chairs for al fresco meals all day.
A spacious living area with cathedral ceilings. Sliding patio windows lead onto the lanai and pool area. There are two dining areas with seating for six - a formal dining area and the breakfast nook.
The spacious master bedroom, with super king-size bed, also has sliding patio doors leading to the sun-deck and pool area. The ensuite luxury bathroom has double basins and storage cupboards, corner bath, large walk-in shower and separate toilet.
A sliding door, on the far side of the villa, leads to two further bedrooms and the family bathroom giving the option of two master suites when two couples are sharing. Bedroom two has a queen-size bed and sliding patio doors leading to the pool area. Bedroom three has twin beds. The family bathroom has a single basin and large walk-in shower.
All bedrooms have bedside storage units, ample drawer space and wardrobe space.
The spacious luxury fitted kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all your culinary needs from boiling an egg to a family meal. In the garage are cool boxes, beach chairs, sun shade and shelling net for picnics on the beach.
There is air conditioning and fans throughout.
Outside a patio table and chairs are set under the lanai for breakfast in the morning sun, al fresco lunch in the shade or for enjoying a barbecue in the evening as the sun sets. Above the table is a ceiling fan for added comfort.
The fully screened south facing pool (25 x 15 feet) has solar and electric heating to ensure a comfortable temperature all year round with pool lights for evening swims. There is plenty of room for sun loungers either on the pool deck or under the shade of the lanai. You will also find plenty of books for your poolside relaxation.
Outside the pool cage is a gas barbecue.

Reservation deposit of £100 ($200) per week. Balance plus £200 ($400) security deposit due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Local Amenities
The Gulf Coast beaches are only a short drive. For sailing and fishing excursions, boats are available for hire from local marinas, or you can take a boat trip along the Intracoastal Waterway where you may see dolphins and even a manatee. For the sporting enthusiast there are five golf courses and a 24 hour floodlit course all within ten minutes drive.
Close by are Englewood, Venice and quaint old Boca Grande/Gasparilla Island. At nearby Port Charlotte there is one of the largest Malls in Florida and all the big named stores you could wish for.
For the really dedicated shopper, there are two enormous designer outlet malls, one just an hours drive away.
There are several excellent restaurants in the area and Rotonda West also has an excellent Winn Dixie and three Publix supermarkets within 10 minutes.
