Description
The villa is impeccably furnished and professionally decorated in an elegant fashion for guests seeking the luxury of space with a modern twist. It can sleep up to 16 people.
The ground floor area comprises of an open plan entertaining area which is the ultimate in relaxed elegance with its plush furnishings and decorative lamps which allow adaptable, atmospheric lighting when relaxing and chatting after a hard day at the parks. There are two comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a double sofa bed for additional sleeping.Also a42"flat screen TV.
Family Room
The family room offers modern comforts and entertainment systems for all the family with its 46” flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, which allows music to be played inside and outside the house if required, through our surround sound speaker system. Complete with a comfortable wrap around couch and chair.
Kitchen
Our totally integrated kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave, American style fridge freezer, oven and much more for your comfort and convenience. In fact, everything you could need to make it your "home from home".
Dining Area
The dining area with its unsurpassed views of the lake allows you to dine together as a family in stunning surroundings. Both the dinning area and living area are open plan and connect to the front lounge via archways.
Pool and Spa
The living room and kitchen area both open out to a spacious 30ft x 40ft extended decking area that leads to the 14ft x 30ft pool and 6ft round raised spa with spa lights.
For safety a child safety fence is supplied but can be removed if desired.
With ample reclining and cushioned poolside furniture, consisting of sunloungers, chairs and tables, you can relax in the outdoors whilst soaking up the Florida sunshine, but for those who require shade a section of the pool area is protected by a covered 18ft lanai.
Summer Kitchen
Here our home is suited for wonderful outdoor entertainment with its 5ft Summer Kitchen which includes cedar cupboard space a sink, tiled counter tops and a gas BBQ grill. This feature really is special and a firm favourite with all our guests.
1st Floor
The 1st floor of our villa hosts 6 beautifully proportioned bedrooms, all impeccably furnished with attention to detail and all fully carpeted.
Master Suite 1
A huge luxurious King size bed sets the tone for this stunningly furnished and decorated room. Complete with en-suite bathroom with culture marble vanities, bath tub, walk in shower and WC, this bedroom also boasts cable TV and telephone. A child cot is also provided.
Master Suite 2
This elegantly furnished room has a Queen sized bed. Complete with en-suite with culture marble vanities, bath tub, walk in shower and WC. This bedroom also boasts cable TV.
Master Suite 3
This comfortably furnished room has a Queen sized bed. Complete with en-suite with culture marble vanity, walk in shower and WC. This bedroom also boasts cable TV.
Master Suite 4
This plush furnished room has a full sized bed. Complete with en-suite with culture marble vanity, walk in shower and WC. This bedroom also boasts wall mounted flat screen TV with cable.
Bedroom 5
This Disney themed room has 2 twin beds. Complete with shared en-suite (bedroom 6) with culture marble vanity, walk in shower and WC. This bedroom also boasts cable TV and a playstation with games.
Bedroom 6
A tastefully decorated Sponge Bob themed room. Complete with shared en-suite (bedroom 5) with culture marble vanity, walk in shower and WC and cable TV.
Landing
The large landing area space provides a great area to relax and read on the sofa (which is also a double sofa bed for additional sleeping) it provides a peaceful and relaxing environment.
Laundry Room
A laundry service area is located on the first floor which hosts a washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner Iron and Ironing board.
Games Room
If the parks are not enough to entertain the children, both big and small, then we have a fully equipped games room. With an 8ft slated pool table, air hockey and electronic darts board this is the room that will entertain the family for hours. Complete with TV and seating area.
