Sandpiper Villa is situated in a gated community four miles from the beautiful white sandy family beach of Fort Myers and six miles from the internationally famous beaches and Wildlife Preserve of Sanibel Island. The villa is 15 miles from Fort Myers International Airport (RSW).
Description
Sandpiper Villa has 2200 square feet of living space and is fully fitted with every luxury to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Sandpiper can sleep 2 to 8 people, ideal for two families or friends to share, and the lay-out is ideal, featuring three bathrooms.
The master suite includes a king sized bed and a luxurious ensuite with a walk-in shower and "his & hers" twin washbasins. Patio doors open onto the pool area. High speed internet access is available in this room as well as cable TV.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and it's own adjoining bathroom as well as cable TV.
The third and fourth bedrooms are furnished with twin beds and share the third bathroom. Each of these bedrooms has a walk-in wardrobe.
Sandpiper Villa is fully air-conditioned. Ceiling fans are installed throughout the villa and to the covered lanai area.
Local telephone calls are free, as is high speed internet access.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and huge fridge/freezer with its own icemaker. There is also a utility room with washer and dryer.
All towels and bed-linens are supplied.
The heated, south facing pool backs onto a lake with abundent wildlife that will keep you entertained for hours.
