Backing onto an attractive lake in the Meadow Woods area, the villa is very conveniently located close to Osceola Parkway, Florida's Turnpike and the Central Florida Greeneway (417). Orlando International Airport is an easy 15 minute drive and Disney, Universal and Sea World can all be reached within 20 minutes.
Description
Our luxury villa is very light and spacious with a private screened and heated pool overlooking a tranquil lake. The pool deck faces West providing a sunny aspect from mid-morning through to dusk.
The master suite overlooks the pool and lake and includes a queen sized bed, TV, en-suite bathroom, and a large walk-in wardrobe. There are 3 other bedrooms (one double and 2 twins) and 2 further bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the breakfast area has a large oval table which seats 6-8.
There are 2 living areas with 2 and 3 seater sofas (including a double sofa bed) and a large dining table which seats 8. The whole Florida-style experience is enhanced by strategically placed ceiling fans

There is a large Publix within walking distance and a larger shopping plaza a few minute's drive away. Everything you need is close by, including several supermarkets and numerous food outlets - for both eating in and takeaway.

Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World can all be reached in approximately 20 minutes.
Within a mile is a shopping plaza with a large (Publix) supermarket, off-licence, Chinese restaurant / take-away and other useful shops.
There is a larger shopping plaza 2 miles from the home that includes a gas (petrol) station, 2 further supermarkets, drug stores, several take-aways, banks and even a Doctor’s surgery which you will not need as you will be so relaxed !
A new shopping centre, 'The Loop', is only a few minutes' drive - there are numerous shops, restaurants and a cinema on site.
There are plenty of golf courses within easy driving distance.
