Calabay Parc is a small prestigious community with 320 very attractive and well designed spacious villas, with tree lined winding avenues and maintained to a very high standard.
Our villa has a great deal to offer you for a wonderful vacation. As mentioned the villa is spacious in all areas with vaulted ceilings in the porch, foyer and family room.
Professionally designed top class dressings in family room, all bedrooms and kitchen.
The Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed, 2 bedside cabinets, tv/dvd, radio alarm clock, telephone and dual aspect windows which look out to the pool and spa. The ensuite is extra special with an internal sliding door for privacy, very large walk in shower, corner bath, his and hers
wash basins, mirrored on three sides, seperate toilet, hair dryer and large walk in closet.
Bedroom Two has a double bed with large walk in closet, chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets, radio alarm clock, tv/video and telephone.
Bedroom Three has two single beds, walk in closet, chest of drawers.
The spacious Family Room is very light and airy, fully aircondioned throughout with vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan for added comfort. It houses a three piece suite with seating for six (3 pieces, 3/2/1.) There is cable TV, VCR and a selection of videos, books and games. You can also browse the internet in the comfort of the lounge or under the large lanai, just bring your laptop.
The
Kitchenis also very light and airy with a large patio door leading out to the covered lanai which overlooks the pool and spa. It contains the following appliances: Electic cooker with ceramic hob, built in microwave with extractor unit, large fridge-freezer with ice making facility,
dishwasher, waste disposal unit, toaster, coffee maker, ample crockery, cutlery, glassware and we havent forgotten the teapot!!
The
Pool and Spaarea has an extended sun deck plus a secluded lanai providing shelter from the sun. Also for your comfort is the luxury pool furniture, a ceiling fan and lighting. For safety we have a childs safety screen which fits around the pool area, should you wish to use it. The pool area is screened all around with trees, shrubs and plants for your privacy.
In addition there is a Laundry room with a large washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The villa is fully airconditioned throughout with 5 ceiling fans.
