Location

Our luxury villa is located at Clear Creek in a sub division of Woodridge, 1 mile north of the US192 on the US27.

Pebble Creek Court is a small quiet cul-de-sac at the rear of the Clear Creek development, yet minutes from a small plaza with a Winn Dixie supermarket, post office, pizza store, bank and small shops.  We are minutes from a large 24h WalMart with an assortment of restuarants and take-aways close by. 

Disney is just 3 miles away, as the crow flies, only 12 - 15 minutes by car.

Living Area

Large open plan fully carpeted lounge and dining area with 3 seater sofa, 2 seater love seat and recliner chair. The sofa opens out to a queen size bed to accommodate the 7th and 8th guest.  The formal dining area can comfortably accommodate six guests.  There are alarmed sliding patio doors leading out the pool and lanai area. There is also a large satelite TV, DVD/VCR player and CD/radio player.

Kitchen

Spacious fully fitted kitchen with large fridge freezer and all the items mentioned below in the facilities listing, plus waste disposal unit, electric kettle, ceramic hob and all necessary pots and pans to cater for up to eight guests.  There is also a breakfast dining nook area with table and 4 chairs for eating in the kitchen. We have access to FREE Internet connection by either a WiFi router or direct via an ethernet cable provided.  FREE phone calls throughout the USA can be made from the villa phone.  International calls can be made from the villa with the use of phone cards purchased from garages or supermarkets.

Utility Room

Contains large washer and dryer plus iron and ironing board.  There is access to the large double garage via this room.  On the shelf are pool towels for guests use saving you space in your suitcase.

Master Bedroom 1 - En-suite

Queen size bed with a large walk-in wardrobe with hanging space on either side plus shelf.  The bathroom has “his’n’hers” basins and a large shower unit with seats on either side for the less able persons. There is cable TV and a clock/radio.

Bedroom 2

There is a double bed with a spacious wardrobe area and satelite TV and a clock/radio. There is an ensuite half bathroom which includes a basin and toilet and access to the pool from this bathroom.

Bedroom 3

This has twin beds with a spacious wardrobe area.  There is an adjacent bathroom with basin, toilet, and bath/shower. This bedroom also has satelite TV and a clock/radio.

Pool & Lanai

The screened pool is larger than average (30' X 14') with a spacious lanai area for relaxing in the sun (or shade if preferred). It is west facing and has the sun from about 10:00 in the morning until the evening sunset. The lower pool screen panels have been fitted with "Florida Glass" for greater privacy.

The large deck area is great for soaking up the Florida sunshine (don’t forget the sun cream) or under the covered lanai with a cool drink to unwind after a hectic day at the theme parks or the malls and designer outlets. All pool furniture is provided with loungers for relaxing on and table and chairs for eating alfresco. The pool also has underwater lighting for swimming after dark

Local Amenities

Our villa is located in the perfect position for peace and quiet, yet is ideally situated for easy access to all the major Orlando attractions.

Disney World is just 10 - 15 minutes away off the 192 and we can direct you via the most suitable route.  Universal and SeaWorld are both within easy access from the I4.  Similarly, shopping malls with their designer outlet shops for those bargains are also within easy access off the I4. And don't forget within 2 or 3 mins from the villa you can get to our 24hr WalMart with massive numbers of bargains - defy you to just go in for your daily groceries!!

For the golfers, there are about 20 courses within a 10 mile radius of the villa.

Busch Gardens and the magnificent beaches of the Gulf Coast are within a 60 minute drive west, likewise Kennedy Space Center and Atlantic Coast beaches to the east.

Numerous restaurants to suit all pockets and tastes are within 5 to 10 minutes of the villa.
