Three bedroom private villa close to the beaches of the Gulf Coast.
The villa itself backs onto a fresh water canal where ‘catch and release’ fishing is available.
Wi-Fi Internet provided free for guest use - just bring a laptop!!!
Plots either side of the villa are undeveloped giving a great deal of privacy - one plot owned by the villa owners.
Our luxury fully air-conditioned three-bed/two bath home sleeps 6/8 persons; owners request no smoking and no pets.
The carpeted lounge with sliding doors to the pool deck is comfortably furnished and has the benefit of a 27” cable TV/CD music system and DVD player.
Dining facilities with table, six chairs and two bar stools adjoin the lounge area and with additional sliding doors to the pool and French doors to pool deck.
A den with double sleeper/sofa and 19” TV and video recorder provides extra accommodation.
The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher and microwave; utility area is separate and contains washing machine and tumble dryer. Cool box and clothes airer available.
The master bedroom with Queen bed and patio doors to the pool has an en suite bathroom with full bath and separate shower. Hair dryer available.
The second bedroom, again with sliding doors to the pool, has a Queen bed and a further television and DVD player; bedroom three is equipped with twin beds.
All bedrooms have large wardrobes and ceiling fans.
A family bathroom is situated between bedrooms two and three, with a further hair dryer.
The 50’ pool deck surrounding the 30’ solar heated pool is well equipped with a shower, gas barbecue, large table, four loungers and six chairs. There is external lighting and a fan.
All linen, towels and pool towels are provided
Ceiling fans fitted throughout the villa.
Integral garage with remote door opener, two adult bicycles and one child bicycle available for guest use as well as pool toys, beach chairs and umbrella.
Managed by local British management company.
Gas barbecue and bicycles available.

From £540.00 per week.
£100 / $200 non-refundable deposit payable at time of booking.
The balance, along with a £200 / $400 security deposit, is payable 8 weeks before rental period.
Payment accepted in cash and cheque for sterling amounts or to owner's US bank account for US$ payments.

Local Amenities
There are beaches at Englewood and many more all along the Gulf Coast. There is a 24/7 Wal Mart in Englewood, just five minutes away.
Port Charlotte is 14 miles to the east, approximately 15 minutes drive and has plenty of restaurants and shops along with a large shopping mall.
Venice, Punta Gorda, Boca Grande, Sarasota and others are within an easy driving distance.
