This stunning and luxurious Orlando villa with over 3000 sq ft of living space consists of the following:-
PRIVATE POOL & SPA
There's nothing quite like a relaxing dip in the spa after enjoying a round of golf or a day at Disney. Our Florida rental villa has a 30ft x 15ft south facing pool and spa area that backs onto open space, not other villas. Fencing has been added down the sides of the pool area to ensure that you can swim or sunbathe in privacy. Extra decking gives plenty of space for sunbeds. Optional safety fencing is supplied to ensure that toddlers and young children are kept safe in the pool area.
GAMES ROOM
The games room has a 7ft POOL TABLE, FOOSBALL TABLE, AIR HOCKEY and ELECTRONIC DARTS. Plenty to keep you entertained when you are not visiting Orlando's attractions. There is also a COMPUTER with INTERNET ACCESS.
BEDROOMS
This superior rental villa has three large master bedrooms all with their own ensuite bathrooms. The main master bedroom has a magnificent KING SIZE four poster bed, comfortable bedroom chairs, DVD, VCR and 27ins TV.
The second master bedroom has a king size bed 27ins TV, DVD and walk-in wardrobe.
The third master bedroom has a queen bed, 27ins TV, DVD and the ensuite bathroom has access to the pool area.
There are also two twin bedrooms, both have 20in TV, walk-in wardrobes and share a Jack and Jill bathroom.
This beautiful home also has a downstairs powder room. There should be no arguments over who is taking too much time in the bathroom in this home.
FAMILY ROOMS
After a hectic day at Disney you can relax in any of this luxury villas 3 family seating areas. The family room has a large screen 50 in Plasma TV, VCR, DVD and cinema surround sound. The 2nd seating area, next to the dining room, provides a restful retreat for the adults whilst the children enjoy the playstation2 and computer in the upstairs loft area, where there is an additional 52" cable TV.
KITCHEN AND DINING AREAS
The Kitchen of this luxury Florida villa is fully equipped to cater for up to twelve people. With a microwave, oven, fridge freezer and cooking utensils you can always eat in if you don't fancy dining out. There is ample seating with two dining areas each seating 6 people and three bar stools at the island in the centre of the kitchen. The sunny breakfast nook has patio doors opening onto the pool area, which has seating for 10 people.
