Lakeside Villa is situated in the excellent community of Eagle Pointe, off Poinciana Boulevard in Kissimmee. It is close to all the popular parks and attractions of Disney World and Universal etc., yet is in peaceful settings, made all the more attractive by backing on to a scenic lake. The Villa and location are perfect for an enjoyable vacation.
Description
LUXURY LAKESIDE VILLA with private pool and games room is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached single property that can accommodate up to 9 people comfortably. Its total floor area is approximately 1800 sq/ft. The property has a single floor level.
Tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard, it has a stunning lakeside position, which is fishing permitted. The large, heatable, screened pool is South West facing and has a shallow toddler pool attached. The expansive pool deck area provides continuous sunshine from mid morning until sunset. A gas BBQ is also provided.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and exceptionally equipped.
The Master ensuite bedroom has a king-size bed, cable TV and is overlooking the pool area.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, built in wardrobes and cable TV.
Bedroom 3 has bunk beds (single bed over double) and is Disney themed with ceiling fan and built in wardrobes.
Bedroom 4 has twin beds and built in wardrobes.
There is also a second family bathroom.
The spacious lounge has two large sofas, a big screen 42' LCD HD Cable TV, DVD, VCR, and CD player. Patio doors lead to the covered lanai and pool area, with views overlooking the lake.
A fully equipped kitchen has a dining nook for informal dining with seating for six. It is complete with all modern appliances including fridge/freezer/ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, built in microwave, etc. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for two. A separate utility room houses a large washing maching, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.
For a more formal dining experience there is an elegant dining area which can comfortably seat six persons.
The oversized screened pool is 30' x 15' and has a kiddie pool attached which is 18' in depth. The pool deck area is furnished with patio table, chairs and sunloungers.
For relaxed, family evening entertainment, we also have a games room with air hockey, pool table, ping-pong/table tennis and darts board.
The villa is located just ten minutes away from Disney World Resort. Highway 192, with it's many shops, restaurants and activities, is only a couple of minutes drive away, including 24 hour Walmart superstores.
