'Home Terrace 2' is our second brand new luxurious second floor condominium, which offers exceptional vacation accommodations for couples and families.
It is situated on the prestigious gated community of Terrace Ridge, which is conveniently positioned for all the major attractions, shopping malls and world class golf courses, and just minutes away from the Orlando & Disney area attractions.
Terrace Ridge is a peaceful, gated community, easy to find and just a two minute drive from Junction 58 of the I4. Although it is located in a tranquil setting, close to the world class golfing resorts of Champions Gate and Reunion, it is also conveniently positioned for all the major attractions and shopping malls.
Home Terrace 2 is situated next door to our additional property, "Home Terrace 1". This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo offering the same resort facilities.
Description
Our luxurious, brand new, second floor family owned condo offers 3bedrooms - 1 king, 1 queen and 1 twin bedded room.
There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the lounge.
The master suite has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and twin hand-basins.
All bedrooms have TV's, alarm clock/radios, ceiling fans and ample closet space.
The large family bathroom comes with bath tub with shower over and a hand-basin.
Our holiday home is also equipped with hairdryers and all linens, with extra towels provided for the pool at Terrace Ridge.
The living and dining areas are complete with all the necessary items to keep everyone happy and relaxed after a hectic day at the parks, especially the kids, and is equipped with a 32" cable TV, DVD/VCR with films, mini stereo and PS2 with games.
We also provide complimentary hi-speed internet access, just in case you can’t leave that laptop at home!
Patio doors open onto the sunny balcony with patio table and chairs, ideal for sitting in the evening sunshine sipping a cool glass of wine or two!
There is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing that gourmet meal or just a light snack. Leading from the kitchen is the ever useful utility room with a full washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The Terrace Ridge community facilities include luxury clubhouse with fitness/gym room, games room, bar/kitchen area, relaxing lounge with 42" plasma TV, large heated community swimming pool, heated spa and sand volleyball court.
All these facilities are FREE to all our guests.
We have a very professional management company who keep our home in excellent condition at all times and are always on call 24/7 if required in emergency.
Please note that our condo has a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy.
