The den or 5th bedroom also has use of the pool bathroom as an ensuite and has a sofa bed.

The main living area is large and spacious. It has fully retracting patio doors which are a wonderful feature, when fully opened these doors open the entire length of the living room giving an overall impression of spaciousness to the lanai and pool area.

The elegant formal dining area also has an entertainment table with roulette, poker and numerous games, ideal for family evenings.

The full modern kitchen has all the appliances and gadgets you could possibly need and has an additional dining area.

In the garage you will find two sets of good quality Ping golf clubs, one with a set of Cobra Woods and a set of Ladies Callaway clubs.



There are 4 bikes, 2 adult and 2 childrens, available for you to use for exploring the surrounding area.



The lanai is fully furnished and also has a modern Gas Barbeque for alfresco dining.



The Lounge area also has a Sofa bed and can use the pool bathroom as an en-suite.
