A beautiful spacious villa with private pool situated on the Tara Golf & Country Club in Bradenton, Sarasota, Florida.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and is furnished to a high standard throughout.
On entering the villa there is an open plan lounge with dining area. The large, bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and has a breakfast bar, family room and utility room.
There are two sitting rooms in the villa, both which lead out to the pool area. TV (with satellite channels), DVD, stereo, telephone( all local calls are free), broadband internet access.
All rooms have wall to wall windows which lead out to the pool area.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk in wardrobe and large ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and large corner bath.
The second bedroom has a double bed and the third and fourth bedrooms both have twin beds, all of which share the family bathroom complete with walk in shower.
The master bedroom, lounge and pool enjoy peaceful, undisturbed views of the 9th tee and lake.
The pool is screened and has a large lanai with patio furniture and barbecue. There is also a double garage and garden.
All our guests will have exclusive use of the resort olympic swimming pool, gym, hot tub sauna and flood lit tennis courts, driving range, putting green. The clubhouse and amenities are only a 5 minute walk from the house.

Local Amenities
A 20 minute drive will bring you to Outlet Malls. Long Boat Keys and Anna Marie Island are approximately a 45 minutes drive. Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Mayakka State Park and Venice where you can Wind Surf or simply enjoy the beautiful White Sandy Beaches with their amazing sunsets are also a 45 minute drive away.
The Villa is located on Tara Golf & Country Club. It is a 6,820 yard Championship Course. It is a Ron Garl/Ted Mc Anlis designed layout on 600 acres within the confines of Tara and surrounded by nature preserves. The course offers 5 sets of tees that challenge the most avid golfers while providing enjoyment to players of all skill levels. The driving range and practice putting green are located adjacent to the Clubhouse. Personal golf carts may be used by paying the normal cart rental fee. For a once off fee of $100 husband and wife membership can be yours for the duration of your stay.
Also located on Tara is the Preserve Golf Club. This is a public Golf course, all golfers are welcome. Clubhouse and driving range can also be found on the Preserve, this is a 10 minute walk from the Villa.

Nearest beach is 6 miles.
Nearest Motorway Junction 1 mile.
Shopping centre, restaurants and bars are a 10 minute walk.
