Silverwood Villa is situated on the new development of Silver Creek, an exclusive suburb of Clermont, just off HWY 27, north of HWY 192 and is only a 15/20 min. drive from Disney.

Although in a quiet conservation area, it is only minutes away from restaurants & shops and the new Wal-Mart at Cagan Crossing. If you are looking for all the excitement of the Theme Parks yet want a peaceful location in which to relax at the end of a hectic day, then Silverwood Villa would be perfect. A children's playground has recently been completed only a few hundred yards from our villa and CCTV cameras have been installed at the entrance to Silver Creek for your added security and peace of mind.

Description

Silverwood Villa has vaulted ceilings and is fully air-conditioned for your comfort, in addition, it has ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and the living room area. It is fully carpeted throughout, apart from the kitchen area and bathrooms which are all fully tiled.

Living Room & Formal Dining Area:
This is a spacious, open plan room with vaulted ceilings and patio doors leading to the pool area. It contains custom made, high quality furniture, comprising matching three seater sofa bed, two seater sofa and an armchair. There is also a formal dining area with a large wooden table with comfortable, padded chairs providing seating for six people, plus coffee table, reading lamps and end tables.

We also have a large multi-channel cable TV, PS2 with games, DVD player, and a CD Mini Hi-Fi system with a selection of films and CD's for your entertainment when you need to take a break from the Theme Parks! 

WiFi high speed internet access (just bring your own laptop) and we offer FREE phone calls.

Kitchen & Breakfast Nook:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker with easy to clean ceramic hob and matching built-in microwave. There is a large fridge/freezer, plus all the usual kitchen appliances and all the necessary cutlery and crockery to cater for up to 12 guests. There is also a breakfast nook in the kitchen containing a round, wooden table and 4 chairs, plus a child's high chair. A dishwasher and garbage disposal unit are incorporated for your convenience and there is a utility area within the garage containing a separate washer and tumble dryer. Just off the hall, there is a storage cupboard containing an iron and ironing board.

Master Bedroom 1:
Master Bedroom 1 comprises a King Size Bed with matching bedside cabinets with reading lamps, large dresser with multiple drawers and mirror, plus cable TV and clock radio. There is a large walk-in closet with ample hanging space, and an en-suite bathroom with a large double size shower with seating, wash basin and WC, and for the ladies, there are also hairdryers provided in each of the master bedrooms. In addition there are two large windows providing a pleasant outlook over the swimming pool.

Master Bedroom 2:
Master bedroom 2 comprises a Queen Size Bed with matching bedside cabinet with reading lamp, large dresser with multiple drawers and mirror, plus cable TV and a clock radio. There is a closet with ample hanging space and an en-suite bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC.

Double Bedroom:
This Bedroom has a double bed plus matching bedside cabinet and reading lamp and also has a double closet with lots of extra hanging space.

Twin Bedroom ("Nemo" Theme):
The first twin room has a "Nemo" theme and consists of 2 single beds with themed bed linen for children and an optional alternative set of bedding for those who prefer more "grown-up" surroundings. This bedroom also has a matching bedside cabinet, reading lamp and large double closet with extra hanging space. The closet also contains a travel cot (crib) with all the necessary cot linen, baby changing mat and a childs buggy (stroller).

Twin Bedroom:
This twin room also contains 2 single beds with matching bed linen, chest of drawers, cable TV, PS2, reading lamp, & closet with hanging space.

Family Bathroom:
This bathroom is shared by the double and twin bedrooms and features a tub (bath) shower, wash basin and WC. There is also direct access to this bathroom from the pool area which is always handy when you have children.

Swimming Pool:
We have a larger than standard pool (30' x 15') and the area is screened by fine mesh to keep insects and animals out. The screen in no way affects a good sun tan, and in addition has the benefit of extra thick mesh on all the lower portions to provide complete privacy whilst you soak up the rays. For those travelling with young children, you will be pleased to know that there is a 4 foot high fence between the pool and the main building as a safety feature, this is removable if not required. In addition the patio doors leading out to the pool area have extra child alarms fitted which sound each time they are opened. The pool can be heated if required and we would recommend this between November and March. Luxury sun loungers are provided and ready for your relaxation by the pool with a towel rail to dry your wet swimwear etc. There is a covered lanai (patio) for those who prefer some shade complete with patio table and chairs (extra chairs can be found in the garage) plus a light and ceiling fan for dining "al fresco." The pool also has underwater lighting for that night time dip on your return from the Theme Parks, whilst you relax with a glass of wine and watch Disney's Magic Kingdom fireworks over the tree tops.

The villa is protected by a security alarm system that is monitored by ADT twenty four hours a day, and we have a very friendly and efficient Management Company located just around the corner who are available for any assistance you may require during your stay.

GAMES ROOM:

We have a games room within the garage area, comprising a full size, slate bed pool table which can also be used for table tennis by the addition of a separate table top. An electronic dart board and air hockey game complete the facilities.

Local Amenities

Silverwood Villa is perfectly situated for all the Theme Parks and other major attractions within Central Florida. Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Islands of Adventure, International Drive and many other attractions too numerous to mention within the Orlando area are all only a short drive away. There are also many shopping opportunities within easy reach with a number of large shopping malls and designer outlet stores in the vicinity. Just 2 minutes drive away are Wal-Mart and Winn Dixie supermarkets, a post office, petrol stations,

The Gulf Coast is only an hour or so away to the West, with the perfect white sandy beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg. This side of Florida is also the home of Busch Gardens, a park blending the latest rides with a variety of wild animals.

Most sports can be found within a short drive of the development. For all you keen golfers we have 20 golf courses within 10 miles of the property and if fishing is your forte, you will be spoilt for choice. There are numerous local lakes and within a 2 minute walk of the villa is a small pond which is full of fish, great for the novice.
