Description
This privately owned Villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the very popular estate of Indian Ridge in West Kissimmee. It is approximately 10 minutes to Disney World and about 30 minutes to Sea World and Universal Studios.
It comprises of 3 bedrooms which in total sleep up to 8 persons. It is complete with games room, fully equipped modern kitchen, lounge, dining area and family room with settees and coffee table, large TV, DVD player and a selection of DVD’s.
The private screened swimming pool is south facing allowing the sun to shine on the pool all day, there are sun loungers for you to relax on and a table and chairs for those meals outdoors. We also have a gas BBQ situated on the patio just outside the pool area enabling you to experience typical Florida outdoor dining. Optional pool heating is available, if required, during the cooler months.
The master en-suite bedroom has a king size bed, cabinets, dressing table, built in wardrobe, clock radio and TV. The bathroom has a large walk in shower and two washbasins.
The second bedroom has a double bed, cabinets and large walk-in wardrobe.
The third bedroom has two single beds, cabinets and large built in wardrobe.
The second bathroom which has a bath, shower and vanity area is situated between bedrooms two and three.
The family room at the back of the villa is very comfortable with a large corner settee, cable TV and DVD Player with a selection of DVD films for your entertainment, perfect for relaxing after a hectic day at the parks.
The spacious lounge at the front of the villa has two sofas, one of which, if required, converts into a queen size bed. In this room there is a Hi-Fi system for your audio entertainment.
The elegant dining area has a large table which comfortably seats six persons.
The kitchen/diner has a dining nook with a table and four chairs, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave oven, toaster, steamer, coffee maker and all the necessary crockery to meet your needs.
The Utility Room comprises a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The Games Room is fully air-conditioned, as is the entire villa, it has a Pool Table, Table Football, Darts and games for smaller children.
