This gated resort boasts an elegant clubhouse providing a truly comprehensive resort experience, featuring a resort style pool & spa, a cyber café with high speed internet access, exercise facilities, games room, volleyball court and a tot lot where you can sit back and listen to the laughter of children whilst soaking up the clubhouse atmosphere.

Our villa is located on a south facing conservation plot and offers privacy and quiet enjoyment with your own private swimming pool and large deck area.

Enjoy discovering the fun and magic of Disney and the exciting attractions of Orlando in our large, 3475 sq. ft., luxurious fully air conditioned villa. The villa has been furnished to an extremely high standard by an interior designer and offers tasteful fittings throughout. Positioned on an oversized plot, our villa has a light and airy feel both inside and out. It can easily accommodate 12 guests making it a perfect vacation home for two families sharing.

Ground Floor comprises of :-

Large family room with open plan kitchen, breakfast nook, living room with sleeper sofa, dining room, cloakroom, games room and an extended lanai with outside toilet and shower.

With great views through to the pool, our spacious open plan living room is ideal for large families or two families looking for separate dining & living areas so you are not always in each others pockets! Our villa provides ample, yet comfortable seating for the whole family to relax after a hectic day. At the heart of our home is our fully fitted kitchen which comes equipped with all the convenient appliances you would expect from a luxury home, including cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee maker and much more...

The large 30 foot private swimming pool and spa is south facing and overlooking natural conservation, making this an ideal place to relax and unwind after a busy day at the parks. There is a large sundeck overlooking the pool with enough space for the whole family to relax and unwind in comfort. Should the Florida sun become too intense, there is an extended lanai for that welcome shade.

First Floor comprises of :-

2 King bedrooms, 2 Queen bedrooms and 2 twin themed bedrooms, all offering en-suite facilities. Tastefully decorated, our bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for all types of families whilst providing a really peaceful and relaxing environment. Our two themed bedrooms are the perfect choice for kids or the young at heart. Furnished and decorated in a Disney & Spongebob Squarepants theme, they also include a TV and DVD player as well as a games console in one. This area of the house is dedicated to kids' fun and enjoyment.

The loft space provides a great area to access our computer with FREE 24/7 Unlimited High Speed Wireless Internet Access, allowing you to keep in touch with friends and family back home. We also offer FREE local and international phone calls.

With two little boys of our own, we also know how important it is to make the children feel at home and everything at Disney Dreams Villa has been designed to keep them entertained, safe and happy - as everyone knows, happy kids mean happy adults!

The villa has been furnished to a 5* standard offering luxurious surroundings. It is professionally cleaned after the departure of each guest and all linens and towels are provided. We also have a 24hr management service, just in case you should require assistance.
