Location

Our beautiful villa is situated in a quiet residential community in Spring Hill, only a few hundred yards from Weeki Wachee water park and a few minutes drive from the lovely Pine Island beach. Within very easy reach of good dining, shopping, Golf courses and water sports.

The nearest International airport is at Tampa and is about 45 miles of easy driving, via the Sun Coast Parkway. Busch Gardens is also about 43 miles away, while the theme parks of Orlando are approximately 75 miles away.

Not too far away are more jewels of the gulf coast, Tarpon Springs,Clearwater, St. Pete's Beach and much more to the south of us. To the North you head up the Nature coast to Homosassa Springs, Crystal River and lots of beautiful scenery

Description

The property is furnished to a very high standard throughout, the master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite with large walk in shower and bath, also a walk in closet, the master bedroom also has direct access to the lanai and pool area, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 singles, the second bathroom also has pool access.

There are television/dvd's in the 3 bedrooms and the main living area. The Great room includes the lounge, dining area and breakfast area, surrounding the fully fitted kitchen and utility room, with access to the lanai and pool area.
The sizable Lanai is covered and leads to the pool area and sun deck, there are 2 fans to help keep you cool between dips in the pool and lighting for evening use. Comfortable pool furniture is also provided. The whole area is protected from insects with a screen, which does not stop you enjoying the sun.The entire rear garden has panel fencing for your complete privacy.

There is a double garage with a remote opener and has access into the house via the utility room, there is no need to leave the car in the heat of the sun.

There is also high speed wireless internet access free, for your use.
The villa is regularly treated to keep the inside of the property bug free.

Rental Rates

(Pool heating £45 / $70 per week if required)

Mid December to Easter £450.00 / $700.00 per week

Special rates for stays of 3 weeks or more
no minimum stays, ask for quote.

A non refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking, Balance becomes due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

A refundable security deposit of £120 / $200 is required with the final balance

Pets are welcome for a small additional charge, information on request.

All rates are inclusive of local taxes and final clean

There are all the usual national shops restaurants in the area as well as plenty of local businesses to chose from, so shop till you drop, eat to your hearts content and then relax by the pool.

So much to do in the area, and with a short drive,weeki wachee water park 5 minutes or the weeki wachee river (kayaking), a bit further north is Homosassa Springs State park (20 miles), or go on the water for half a day (or longer) in a pontoon, a bit further is Crystal River, more fun on the water.

Head south and there are all the gulf coast towns with a diversity of things to do.
