Close the the 19 which runs the length of the coast and is also known as Commercial Road, numerous places to eat and shop on the 19 and the 50.
The villa is situated in a peaceful residential area.
Pine Island beach is just a 15 minute drive. Weeki Wachee Water Park is 10 minutes away.
Other beaches along this coast include Hudson and Honeymoon Island.

Orlando and all the major attractions are about a 90 minute drive.
There are many local golf courses, freshwater and sea fishing and also canoeing.
The main roads through Spring Hill are the 19 and 50 which give easy access to many shopping malls.
