Rosejay Villa is in the Pine Valley area of Rotonda West overlooking a tranquil lake and Golf course. It is situated in a quiet residential area with few neighbours and no passing traffic as there is no outlet.
 
This 3bed/2 bath Luxury villa with a home from home feeling comprises of a Master Bedroom (King Bed) with en suite bathroom /seperate WC/walk-in wardrobe and 2 further double bedrooms (1 Queen ,1 double bed) with shared bathroom /WC.
 
There is a large comfortable family room with full entertainment system or you can chill out in the quiet sitting room, with outstanding views. There is also a fully fitted Kitchen for those wishing to cook & entertain at home on those long lazy days.
 
For dining you will find not only a formal dining area but also a breakfast bar and dining nook.
 
The dining area and the quiet sitting room & Master bedroom all have access on to the split level Lanai leading down to a ground level Solar heated pool.
 
There is also an optional electric pool heater if required (charged seperately) recommended for stays between Nov to April.
We also have a PC with wireless internet access and a selection of over 300 films (Netflix) to watch free of charge on the large TV in the lounge.
Free Local & International calls to any UK or Canadian Land Lines are available
Wild life seen while relaxing on the Lanai are Turtles/Ducks/Raccoons/Squirrels/Herons/Ospreys and many other wild birds etc because many exotic and beautiful birds call Rotonda West home as it is a designated Bird Sanctuary

Within the local area there are six golf courses, thirty miles of picturesque canals, numerous lakes and nearby outdoor activities for every adventurer , you can Jet Ski, Parasail, Fish or Charter a Boat from one of the many marinas in the area.

Many local supermarkets & shops are within a few minutes drive away. Shopping Outlet Centres (Ellenton and Miromar) are only a 40 minute drive away.

There is a host of fantastic restaurants in the area. you will also find helpfull information and maps about the local area and restaurants available in the Villa
