Description

Cathedral ceilings give our villa a light and airy ambiance. The family room, kitchen & breakfast nook are all one big open area and is beautifully furnished. We have professionally furnished and upgraded our villa with your comfort in mind.

The open plan family area is great for relaxing or watching your favourite program on the enormous 52" high definition TV. Enjoy some fun in our games room or cool off in the swimming pool after a busy day at the parks.

Our large private heated swimming pool has underwater lighting and a huge extended deck, enjoying a south - west facing aspect enabling you to sit, relax and enjoy a cool refreshing drink watching the beautiful Florida sunsets. Our pool has a 14 ft motorised sun awning, child safety guard and our patio doors are alarmed. 8 Patio chairs, 2 dining tables, parasol and 4 sun beds are provided. During the cooler season, arrangements can be made to have the pool heated.

The accommodation comprises:

* Large family area furnished with a three seater sofa bed (this can be used as an extra bed giving flexible sleeping arrangements), matching two seater sofa, coffee table, end tables with lamps, ceiling fan and superb 52 inch high definition TV conected to cable and a DVD for a great viewing experience.

* Dedicated games area with pool table, table football and assorted games.

* The open plan kitchen has a nook with table and 4 chairs and tjere is a separate dining table seating 6.

* Baby cot/crib with bedding (for babies up to 30lbs), highchair, and safety fence around the swimming pool.

* TVs in both Master bedrooms and one Twin Bedroom all connected to multi-channel cable plus an Xbox.

* The luxurious Master Bedroom with its own private bathroom with walk in bath and separate shower is furnished with a large queen size bed with matching furntiture.

* Master bedroom two with its own en suite is furnished with a queen size bed, matching furniture.

* Bedroom three with shared bathroom facilities is furnished with two single beds and matching furniture.

* Bedroom four with shared bathroom facilities is furnished with two single beds and matching furniture.

* Bedroom five is furnished with two single beds and matching furniture.

The villa is located within a beautiful gated resort and in a great location for Disney. The state of the art clubhouse is available free for our guests and has great facilities including: large heated resort pool and spa with decking and loungers, a gym, large games room with arcade games, broadband internet, table tennis, children's play areas, sand volley ball, putting green, and soccer field, plus GREAT organised events setting Solana apart from many other resorts – clubhouse is about 200 yds from the villa so nicely convenient.
