Our luxury villa "Turtle Crossing" is located in the golfing community of Rotonda West and within 15 minutes drive of the beachside town of Englewood on the Cape Haze Peninsular in South West Florida, between Tampa and Naples.
A modern villa with south facing Solar heated swimming pool, backing onto woodland with additional half lot for added privacy.
The property is fully air conditioned and well furnished.
Description
The master bedroom has doors to the pool, a top of the range luxurious 5ft bed, satellite TV and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.
The second bedroom has a 5ft bed and the third bedroom has twin beds.
The second bathroom is situated between bedrooms two & three and has a door to the pool deck.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, washing machine and dryer. It has a dining area with dining suite.
The lounge or 'great room' is spacious and airy, with modern furniture and large screen LCD TV with integrated DVD player. TVs also have their own DVR (similar to UK Sky Plus) and are connected to DirecTV satellite 'total choice' programming package. This room also opens onto the pool deck.
We also have free wireless internet access for guests who wish to bring their laptop.
The pool is screened, has sunloungers, gas barbecue and table & chairs for al fresco dining.
The attached double garage has a remote door opener and there is plenty of additional parking on the drive.
The garage houses 2 adults and 1 child's bicycle for guest use plus beach loungers and chairs. Cool bags are supplied for those hot days out.
Professional management is provided who are on hand to ensure your stay is a pleasurable one.
Backing onto woodland "Turtle Crossing" Villa provides beautiful views including a wide variety of wildlife.

Rental Rates
Mid April to Mid December 2007 : Between £395/$725 and £440/$800 per week

Mid December to Mid April 2008 : £480/$795 per week
£1800/$3095 per month
Daily add on rates are also available.
There is a cleaning fee of £40/$65 payable on all bookings of less than 2 weeks.
PLEASE NOTE - a minimum stay of 2 weeks applies during the period January to April. The only exception is where a week can be tagged onto a previous booking, or there is a gap in bookings.
A non returnable deposit of £100/$200 per week is required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable in full any time up to 12 weeks before arrival.
A separate refundable breakages deposit of £100/$200 is required at the time of balance payment.
