Sunrise Lakes is located in Clermont, north west of Walt Disney World on the US 27, just one mile from the intersection with the US 192. The Interstate 4 can easily be reached and provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (60 minutes) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 30 minutes, Sanford airport 60 minutes).

You will be within minutes of all the essential amenities including a bank, petrol station, Publix supermarket, Super Wal-Mart, and a variety of shops, diners, bars and restaurants.

Walt Disney World can be reached in just 15 minutes, and the majority of the main attractions such as Universal, Seaworld, and International drive with its numerous attractions; can be reached in around 30 minutes. There are several quality golf courses just minutes away by car which cater for every level of golfer including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and Championsgate, plus over 20 more with-in a 10 mile radius.

If you prefer a little retail therapy instead, Orlando is home to a large number of malls and retail outlets including Mall at Millenia, Osceola Square Mall, Belz Factory Outlet, Belz Designer Outlet Center, Downtown Disney Marketplace, Church Street Exchange, Market Street at Celebration, West Oaks Mall and Orlando Fashion Square Mall.

The villa is made up of 5 bedrooms (comfortably accommodating up to 10 adults), 3.5 bathrooms, two large separate dining areas, two seating areas downstairs (a spacious family room overlooking the pool area and a airy living room at the front of the villa), a further seating area upstairs , a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and heating throughout, laundry facilities, televisions with cable and DVD players in every bedroom and lounge area, Playstation 2, and a 15 x 30 ft private pool with pool furniture

Our villa has three separate seating areas, the Family room, Living room, and Lounge. All three rooms are furnished to a luxurious standard and have comfortable sofas and plenty of table space.

The Family room and Living room are both located on the ground floor. The large Family room is at the rear of the villa and has a luxurious seven seater L shape sofa and entertainment centre. This featuring a cable TV / DVD system, complete with a extensive DVD library and the new smash hit DVD game 'Scene It!'. A large window provides excellent views out over the pool deck and the lake beyond. French patio doors allow direct access out onto the pool deck.

The Living room is at the front of the property, well away from the hustle and bustle of the pool area. There are two luxurious sofas to sink into, making this an ideal location to curl up and relax with a good book.

The homes third seating area can be found upstairs at the top of the stairway. This large spacious area is as large as the Family room and also has a fantastic seven seater L shape sofa and entertainment centre. Again this features a cable TV / DVD system, and as an added bonus for the children, there is a Playstation2 with two controllers.

The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, automatic ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is a large breakfast bar with enough seating for two people.

Should you wish to do any laundry, we have a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board located upstairs in the laundry room. All bed linen and towels are provided for your needs.

The Kitchen has a telephone from which all local calls are free and other calls can be paid for using telephone cards (available in most large retail outlets).

The villa has two dining areas, the Dining room and the Breakfast Nook.

The dining room is located adjoining the Living room at the front of the villa and has a glass topped table and six chairs. A large window lets in plenty of natural light.

The roomy breakfast nook adjoins the Kitchen and the Family room at the rear of the villa. It contains a wooden table and six chairs. Both rooms are ideal for both formal and casual meals.

The Games Room is fitted with a slate bed Pool Table, Fuze Ball and Air Hockey.

The villa contains five large bedrooms allowing up to 10 adults to sleep comfortably.

All the bedrooms have been tastefully furnished to a high standard with very relaxing themes, yet each bedroom has its own distinct style. Each bedroom comes equipped with ceiling fans and cable TV and DVD system for your additional comfort and entertainment.

Two of the bedrooms are master suites, one is a Queen and two are twins. The first Master Suite is the only bedroom located on the ground floor. It has a large King sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with bath, walk-in Shower, and twin basins and vanity mirrors. Additional luxuries include a hairdryer and clock radio, whilst an abundance of storage space is provided via a large walk-in closet.

The second Master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and its own bathroom complete with a Shower / Bath unit. There is a huge storage space provided by a walk-in closet.

Bedroom 5 is located at the rear of the villa giving an excellent view out over the lake. It has a large Queen sized bed, while bedrooms three and four each contain two single beds. All three bedrooms are located in the same hallway along with the villas third bathroom complete with a bath / shower unit. They all have ample closet space provided by large built-in closets and drawers.

The villa has air-conditioning throughout, so will remain at a consistent cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside, and will also help towards giving you a good nights sleep. Additionally each bedroom also has its own ceiling fan.

All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean bedding before your arrival. Extra bedding is provided should you need it.

Villa Facilities

Our villa has its own private 15 by 30 foot pool, surrounded by a extended patio which includes a covered Lanai should you prefer to sit in the shade.

It is furnished with 6 chairs, a table, and 2 reclining chairs with foot stools, so whether you just want to lie back, relax and enjoy the Florida sun, or dine alfresco, the pool area is a great place to spend the day. All this against the fantastic view looking out over the lake.

If you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March). The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are are pool toys to keep the children entertained.

At night the pool can be lit with a remote controlled colour changing fibre optic lights. For additional peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa, there is a security gate and the french patio doors leading out onto the pool deck are fitted with child proof alarms.

The Games Room is fitted with a slate bed Pool Table, Fuze Ball and Air Hockey.
