The villa is built to the very highest standards and is furnished superbly throughout. Sanctuary Villa has approximately 3300sq ft of living space offering a relaxing and calming ambiance for your vacation, including the tranquil view from the pooldeck of the canal which offers a natural refuge for visiting wildlife.

Our Gulf Coast home is professionally and thoughtfully decorated throughout in refreshing Florida Keys and nautical colours, themes and accessories. Sanctuary Villa has its own south east facing solar-heated swimming pool within a spacious, extended pooldeckwith its lovely views over the canal on Rotonda West. There is plenty of room to relax, including master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2 more bedrooms, 2 more bathrooms, and it can sleep up to 6 people. As a special feature for our guests, our home is equipped with unlimited, free of charge wireless internet access, and unlimited free of charge telephone calls to geographical landline numbers within the United States, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Spain and Puerto Rico. Sanctuary Villa is available to rent by the week or month all year round subject to availability.

Villa Facilities
Pool area
The fully screened solar heated pool is south-east facing giving access to the sun almost all day. However, the clever design of the house ensures that shade is always available when you need it. The lionhead water features provide the calming sound of gently trickling water, and together with the view of the scenic canal and visiting wildlife, you are guaranteed outdoor rest and relaxation. There are luxury table, chairs and loungers on the spacious pool deck, where you can relax with a cool drink or dine 'al fresco'. The pool deck is equipped with a pool half-bathroom, consisting of toilet, washbasin and changing area. A ceiling fan on the pooldeck can gently move the air for extra comfort on balmy days. Pool towels are provided.
Breakfast 'al fresco' is an especially lovely way to start the day - you can enjoy your meal while watching the herons fishing for theirs!
Kitchen & utility room
Our home has a spacious, fully equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic floor tiles and a full range of kitchen cabinets., including a centre island. Facilities include fitted oven & hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and garbage disposal.
The adjoining nook area comfortably seats 4 around a separate table, for breakfast or informal meals.
The seperate utility room has a utility sink, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as additional cupboard space and storage area. Iron and ironing board is provided.
Living room and formal dining area
The cathedral ceiling and patio doors make the living room a light and airy space to relax. A music centre is provided for listening to music. The internet router and telephone point are located here.
The formal dining area seats six people in comfort.
Family room & nook area
The comfortable and spacious family room is equipped with cable tv offering a wide range of digital and analog channels, and DVD player. A ceiling fan is provided for additional comfort.

Master bedroom with en-suite
The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, with bed side tables each side. There is a rocker chair and loveseat for relaxing or watching TV. There is a flat screen TV and telephone provided, along with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. A ceiling fan is provided for additional comfort.
Luxury en-suite facilites include luxurious walk-in Roman-style shower, seperate toilet, corner oval bath, and his & hers vanity basins. Plenty of bath towels are provided in a seperate closet for your convenience.
Double bedroom and second shower room.
This comfortable bedroom with double bed shares use of the second bathroom close by. This bedroom has plenty of storage space and flatscreen TV.

Twin bedroom
The light and airy twin bedroom has an attractive 'Seaside' theme with plenty of storage space and shares the second bathroom.

Additional Information
The whole area is easily accessible from the Interstate 75. Orlando and its attractions are only a two hour drive away. Fort Myers and the Islands of Sanibel and Captiva lie to the South and are approx. 1 to 1.5 hour's drive.
If you would like to explore wildlife in addition to that on view from the pooldeck of Sanctuary Villa, then within a short drive you can find State Parks, wildlife refuges and nature trails. You will see many ospreys, their nests on poles beside many of the roads and causeways, dolphins, many varieties of shore birds and pelicans. In particular, we can recommend a wildlife cruise with Grande Tours, where you will be able to see photogenic and unforgettable wildlife sights not accessible on land.
