Location

Our villa is located on the much sought after and beautiful ‘up-market’ community Of Orange Tree just 8 miles from Disney Main Gate and a short drive from all the other Orlando Attractions. With easy access to the main Florida Highways

Orlando International, Sanford and Tampa Airports are all an easy drive away. Both Gulf and Atlantic Coast beaches can be reached in about one hour.

Several excellent Golf Courses, State Park and shops are also close-by.

Description

This spacious Luxury Orlando Villa has been built on a premium plot which backs onto a conservation area. The pool and spa areas face South capturing the Florida sunshine from early morning until dusk. There are 2,402 sq ft of air conditioned living space. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms 3 of which are en- suit, living room, dinning room, kitchen, breakfast nook and separate laundry room, all furnished to an extraordinarily high standard, thus providing a luxury environment in which to relax.

BEDROOMS
The Master Bedroom accommodates a beautiful King size sleigh bed, computer with internet and cable TV. Their is a large en-suite bathroom with a large corner shower, bathtub, two separate hand basins and w.c. From this en-suit there is access to the pool area.

The second Master bedroom has a Queen Size bed, cable TV It also has its own en-suite bathroom which has a bath, toilet, hand basin and shower. This bathroom also has access to the pool area.

The third Master Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, Cable TV and this Bedroom also has its own en-suit bathroom.

There are two further twin bedrooms each accommodating two single beds one with a play station 2
and both have cable TV. These rooms have a shared bathroom.

DINING AREAS
The formal dining room is an ideal place to enjoy your evening after your visits to the parks and attractions of Orlando.
There may be times when you will prefer to use one of the two less formal areas to eat. There is the nook furnished with table and chairs, and a lanai which is also equipped with table and chairs.

FAMILY ROOM
The spacious family room is great for spending time with the family. There are views through the set of patio doors onto the pool and patio area. You will find all of the comforts of home available for your use including a HBO TV a stereo system and DVD/Video Player.

POOL and SPA
The pool area is south facing and captures the Florida sunshine from early morning until dusk. There is a large 30ft x 15ft pool and a refreshing spa. If the sun gets too hot you can sit under the shade of the lanai.
