It is located in the quiet, upscale, deed restricted residential area of Rotonda West in South West Florida.
Rotonda is the perfect location for trips to Fort Myers, Naples, Tampa, Sarasota, Venice, The Everglades and Orlando. Beautiful beaches are within 10-15 minutes drive, restaurants and shopping are within 5 minutes drive and an abundance of golf courses are right on the doorstep.

Spacious open-plan living room has 52" big screen satellite TV, DVD and stereo and luxury ivory leather corner sofas.
Elegant formal dining area.
Spacious full kitchen complete with cooker, microwave, waste disposal, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all utensils. Breakfast/dining area seating four overlooking pool. House width patio doors lead to the lanai.
Master bathroom to bedroom 1 with spa tub, walk-in shower, WC and twin vanity units.
Bathroom 2 with bath, WC and shower over.
Twelve beach and pool towels are provided.
All towels and bed linen provided.
The villa is professionally cleaned before and after your stay.
The 25x13 private swimming pool is electrically heated. The large 20x10 lanai is fully furnished with superior quality patio furniture including table, 6 chairs and sunloungers. There is a child safety fence around the pool (removable).
A Gas barbecue is supplied.
The garden is fully fenced and has a garden swing.
