This fully air-conditioned villa is the ultimate in luxury and is finished to a very high standard. Furnished for maximum comfort. Lazyboy sofas and pillow top mattresses on all beds, Italian ceramic tile, in living areas and bathrooms, an abundance of linens and hairdryers in all bathrooms.

There is a lounge with soft cream leather sofas at the front of the home which is a great place to chill with a cold drink and a book or listen to some music.

The formal dining area comfortably seats eight.

It includes 2 master suites - both have king size pillow top beds, Flat screen TV’s, and DVD players. There is a queen bedded room again with pillow top bed and TV with VCR, a full size bedroom with Flat screen TV /DVD and 3 twin bedded rooms, one of which has a trundle bed and therefore sleeps 3 2 of the twin rooms have flat screen TV/DVD.

There is a huge 50inch plasma TV in the Family room. This home really is a kid friendly home. There is also use of a pack and play full crib, high chair and 2 strollers, baby walker and soft play mat with a selection of children’s toys.

The fully kitchen, has lots of cupboard space and counter work surfaces, complete with fridge/freezer with drink dispenser, dishwasher and cooking range. Other equipment includes microwave, electric coffee maker, Juicer and toaster. There are ample cooking pans and utensils, crockery and glassware, including plastic glassware for use around the pool. An informal dinning area adjoins the kitchen with table and seating for six and overlooks the pool area.

One of the best things is at the end of a hectic and exhausting day at the Parks, then you can enjoy a refreshing dip in your very own private pool, cook up an alfresco snack, dinner or BBQ, whilst you sit and relax in a warm, bubbling spa with a chilled glass of wine or an ice-cold beer!

Bedrooms: 2 x king master suites and a queen bedroom, a fullsie bedroom and 3 twin-bedded rooms .

Leisure: 50inch TV, video, cable TV, radio, stereo system, CD player, board games, books, video films, toys, games room with pool table, foosball, poker, board games and Playstation 2. And for the sporty people 3 bicycles a basketball, tennis rackets and fishing rods

General: Washing machine, tumble dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, telephone, all bed linens and towels.
